It's difficult for Australia to set fresh records.

The top summits have been successfully scaled.

We're talking about the unit that has secured seven Cricket World Cups, in addition to another six T20 titles, and previously enjoyed over three years unbeaten in 50-over cricket.

The remaining milestones, targeted by the record chasers, are what's still available for a team that has accomplished all there is.

It needed until Sunday's success by three wickets over India for them to complete their first ODI chase exceeding 300, regaining their record for the largest in women's cricket's 50-over format, is, frankly, a testament to the bowling attack that have sported the yellow jersey over the last half-century.

What's definite is this century was far harder to anticipate.

She got to fifty in 35 balls - her fastest at a World Cup - and her century in 84 as she punished short deliveries, hitting 21 fours and three maximums.

When she was dismissed the team needed 66 more at one run per ball - an unconquered height now demanding an easy conclusion.

"Chasing 330 runs is new territory so I'm pleased we have the assurance to achieve that now," continued Healy.

"Preferably we shouldn't have to do it another time but, should it happen, we know we can do it."

These statements will be the last rival teams at this championship need to hear.

In recent days a belief they will win from any position has only strengthened - this success succeeding victory over Pakistan by 107-run victory despite being 76-7 at one stage.

Following this Australia face Bangladesh before a match against old rivals England in Indore in a week and a half, by which point a last-four spot may probably be guaranteed.

It was at that stage they left the previous year's T20 World Cup in an unexpected loss by South Africa - an encounter Healy missed because of ruptured tissue in her foot as she led her country for the inaugural occasion at an important competition.
